Taipei City Animal Protection Office is under the Department of Economic Development, Taipei City Government.The Wild Bird Society of Taipei was entrusted by the Taipei City Government with the authority to manage the park, and Guandu Natural Park Management Office has been established since 2001. Together we have total 29 employees and 5 buffalo across the 6 departments:
