2009年的關渡國際自然裝置藝術季，以「濕地環境與文化」為主題。從今年6月1-11日，8位國際級自然裝置藝術家在關渡自然公園就地取材、現場創作，10天內完成8件融合現地環境景觀、可觸摸互動、亦可供生物利用的大型藝術作品，並於6/13、14日起盛大展開。時間、風、雨、動物、植物及人類，將與這些作品互動，並留下痕跡，成為作品呈現的一環，最後這些作品將依循大自然萬古不變的法則，隨著時間的流逝及自然的演替而分解，最終回歸大地。
Guandu Nature Park, located in Taipei City, will present the 2009 Guandu International Outdoor Sculpture Festival: Focus on Land, Water and Culture. Opening on June 13 and 14, 2009, and closing on September 27, 2009. Eight international artists will come to Guandu to create site-specific installations using natural materials and focused on nature and the environment and the issue of Land, Water and Culture. The Sculpture Festival will include public activities with the artists on the opening weekend and additional public activities during the four months of the exhibition.
